I don't think myself/the others in my office have ever experienced as much joy previously as we all do now everyday when we interact with Thomas. Whether it's the excited look he gives you when you arrive in the morning, the quizzical turn when you say something a bird just wouldn't quite understand, or when you just need a shoulder to cry on(or the bird equivalent of a shoulder), Thomas is always there for everyone.
